Jasmine and Alaia is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from us. 

All international orders cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable. 

For International orders all Custom Duties/Charges Shall Be Borne by The Customer

At Jasmine and Alaia, since all our products are customized, we offer a 24 hr exchange window, post-delivery in the case of manufacturing defects only. We will exchange the defected product(s) once sufficient proof is submitted, subject to our discretion. If the desired product is not available with us, you could order another product of the same or higher value, The differential amount can be paid through our website.

We do not provide reverse pick-up services and the customer needs to bear the cost to send the product back to us if approved by us for return.

Steps for exchange of defected product(s):

  1. For exchange, please drop us an email to info@jasmineandalaia.com with your original order number along with details of exchange within 24 hrs of receiving the product(s)  
  2. Once approved, please courier the merchandise back to us (at your cost) on the address provided by us (please do keep the original invoice inside the box along with a note with details of the exchange desired) 
  3. Our team will give you a call once we receive the courier and confirm the product exchange. 
  4. The exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address with no additional courier charges. 
  5. If the desired product is not available with us, you could order another product of the same or higher value, The differential amount can be paid through our website.

Merchandise bought on Discount:

Products purchased under any promotional offer or sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

Modification of Terms and conditions of Returns & Exchange policy:
